How long does a background investigation take?
Turnaround times depend on the package tier selected. Bronze investigations are typically completed within 1 business day. Silver investigations take 2–3 business days. Gold investigations, which include deeper court searches, financial indicators, and investigator narrative, typically take 3–5 business days.
