J. Curtis Buma is a former FBI Supervisory Special Agent with 20 years of investigative experience, Buma served in assignments across Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, San Diego, and Illinois, where he specialized in counterintelligence, financial investigations, public corruption, international money laundering, and national security matters.Today, Buma leads a multilingual investigative team supporting sensitive private-sector, legal, and human-centered investigations throughout the United States and internationally. His work combines advanced investigative tradecraft, strategic intelligence analysis, and corporate risk assessment with a commitment to discretion, accountability, and results.

Ellie Buma is an operations and community-engagement professional with more than a decade of experience supporting private investigations, strategic operations, client relations, and field coordination. As a native Spanish speaker who studied International Business at California State University, Fullerton, Ellie brings a multicultural, human-centered approach to investigative support, operational management, and community advocacy. She also serves as CEO of Project Lost & Found, a non-profit organization focused on advocacy for human rights and awareness efforts towards immigrants and Native Americans.
